General Disclaimer:
I. — These “mods” are intended for personal use and for educational purposes. No profits were made by making copies of a published work. Only purchase if you own a retail copy of GTA IV: Original/Episodes From Liberty City and if you can prove your legal purchase if needed. Any mods available on this website are subject to title updates and patches from the game development company which might render these mods obsolete. The copyrights belong to Rockstar Games/Rockstar North. The items for sale are all 100% original material and external coding produced by myself and my mod team.

II. –THESE ARE NOT COPIES OF THE GAME. THESE ARE SIMPLY 100% ORIGINAL CONTENT, EXTERNAL CODING AND HAS NO RELATION TO ROCKSTAR GAMES’/ROCKSTAR NORTH’S PUBLISHED WORK. WHAT CONSUMERS PAY FOR IS MY LABOR AND FOR MY ORIGINAL EXTERNAL FILES ONLY.DF CUSTOM MODS DOES NOT CONDONE ANY ILLEGAL ACTION THAT VIOLATES COPYRIGHT LAW. USE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.

PLAY IT SMART AND MAKE GOOD CHOICES ESPECIALLY WHEN DEALING WITH OTHER PLAYERS WHO HAVE NOTHING ELSE BETTER TO DO THAN TO TRY TO GET PEOPLE BANNED. MOD AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Buyer Disclaimer:
IV. — New versions can be released at any time. Since the time for a completed transaction can take a couple of days, the mods might be update during delivery, the same day you place your order, or even the next day or two from when you order. It is best to look back a day or two on the updates section to see what mods you will receive. We can guarantee you will receive what is listed on the site at least two days before your purchase. Mods for download may differ than the mods available for sale, but eventually they will both coincide with each other. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who chooses to disrespect our staff via email or the chatroom.

Important things to consider:
V. — We always ship on time, but once we leave your order at the post office to ship it, the responsibility lies in the hands of the US Post Office. We have no control of your package once it is shipped. If you are experiencing shipping issues once the package has already been shipped by me, you must consult USPS. Please allow 1-4 business days of processing before your order is shipped. This may vary. Increase in sales volume, web traffic, website/business upgrades.

VI. — Shipping times may vary depending on how busy USPS is. During holidays it is normal to expect delays.

VII. — It says on the purchase pages that express shipping is not available for any country outside of the United States. If you purchase express shipping, I cannot offer it and I will consider the extra money a donation to our services.

VIII. — Shipping methods are:
“Regular Shipping” which is USPS First Class Mail. 2-7 Business days average AFTER SHIPMENT DATE
“EXPRESS” which is USPS Priority Mail. 2-3 Business days average AFTER SHIPMENT DATE. 9.00 USD extra for Priority Mail “Express” option.

IX. – Processing: You will not be charged until we process your order, and print the label. This does not necessarily mean the order will ship right away. Please allow 1-4 business days before your package is dispatched from the post office.

X. – “AFTER SHIPMENT DATE” refers to the date when your tracking shows it is ACCEPTED AT POST OFFICE. This does not mean the date you were informed of a tracking number. This does not mean the date the tracking number says it is shipped. Sometimes your order might need a little extra time to re-test and re-make, so your order might not be dropped off quite yet. Please refer to the other points above for more information on our processing policy.

XI. – If you are an international customer and purchase USA shipping you MUST pay off the remaining amount due for the international shipping price. As stated above under article VII, if you do not pay the remaining amount, we will not ship your order and will consider your payment as a donation to our services. No refunds or store credit will be given.

– SECTION B. –
Customer Service Policy: (Chatroom and e-mail support)

I. — We have the right to refuse services such as ISO purchases, disc replacements and customer assistance for customers that are disrespectful towards our staff. This includes our chatroom and our contact e-mail.

II. –Disorderly conduct in our chatroom will result in a ban from using our live chat.

III. –Examples for bannable actions include but are not limited to the following:
-Excessive spamming
-Griefing (also known as “trolling”)
-Advertising
-Any other disorderly conduct that keeps our customers from being assisted.

IV. -If you wish to contact us regarding shipping and/or payments do not use the live general chatroom. Please use our e-mail support. Also, under any circumstances do not contact DF Mods via telephone or mobile. We do NOT offer telephone support at this time. Any phone number that you may have found on PayPal or any other source is a PERSONAL phone number and is not to be contacted for business related purposes. If you continue to call any of our staff your number will be blocked and ignored. ALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT must be done through e-mail via our contact us tab.

– SECTION C. –
Return & Exchange policy:

I. — All sales are final.

II. — You understand the procedures for using these mods such as “hotswapping” or having a flashed DVD Drive.

III. — Hotswapping and/or flashing your drive requires you to open your Xbox. Again, once you purchase you agree with this.

IV. — If you are experiencing technical difficulties please contact us.

V. — Open and disassemble your console AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for any damage on your hardware due to your own carelessness.

VI. — You are 100% certain that the mods you are purchasing are made the way they are as described on the content pages.

VII. — If your disc appears to be physically damaged right out of the envelope you may request for a replacement disc for free. We also understand that the hotswapping process can be quite difficult for first-time users so we offer free replacements for damaged ISO’s caused by the user.

VII. — This is why we highly suggest that you purchase your ISO with the “disc protection”

IX. — We will try to provide customer support via e-mail.

X. — We will not ship replacement discs when there is an active dispute or claim on your order. You MUST contact us and communicate with us to get your replacement, not through disputes or claims. We cannot send a disc when money is held on our behalf because of a claim or dispute.

XI. – You are responsible for purchasing products that are compatible with your hardware. You are responsible for checking with our compatibility checklists to ensure you ordered a product that is correct for your hardware. We are not responsible if you purchase an incompatible product.

XII. – In the case that a replacement has been dispatched once or more to no success, we do offer a digital, downloadable copy of your purchase as well to ensure delivery and quality. We can also offer this as a free service for those who previously purchased a shipped disc by request.

XIII. – It is by the discretion of the DF Mods Director whether you are eligible for a physical and/or digital replacement.

XIV. – It is your responsibility to ensure current updates to games and software which may make current editions on this website obsolete. DF Mods is always working to ensure compatibility and will always strive to be up to date.

XV. – In a very unlikely case where your order does not arrive that may have been lost during transit you must let all of our departments know. You can file for a replacement and you will receive either a physical or digital replacement. Again, this is at the discretion of the DF Mods Director (See XIII.) Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to process all of your information such as customer and/or receipt information before we reply to your e-mails and requests.
